Butsugyō-ji

My Rating:
4

Butsugyō-ji is located in Fukasawa area of Kamakura. It is a little inconvenient area for visiting, but it is just really good.

When I visited, flowers are in bloom a lot, especially mountain behind the main hall is great. It became my favorite temple. It was a end of hydrangea season. It is famous for azalea.

Shōnan-Fukasawa of Shōnan-Monorail is the nearest station. It takes a little from the station. Butsugyō-ji is near the Fueda park. I could heard a sound of hitting balls on tennis court in the park while climb the mountain behind. Precincts is well maintained. You can enjoy various flowers. Entering around the pond behind the main hall is prohibited. The pond looks good from the mountain behind. Lotus flowers bloomed a lot.
