Ankokuron-ji

I like temples where I can enjoy a variety of seasonal flowers and am surrounded by greenery and quiet. Ankokuron-ji is one such temples.

The temple was built next to the cave in which Nichiren wrote “Rissho Ankoku Ron”. The atmosphere of visiting the road from Sanmon is good.

安国論寺

四季折々のいろいろな花が楽しめて、境内が静かで緑豊かなお寺が好きなのですが、ここもそういうお寺です。

日蓮が「立正安国論」を書いた岩穴の横にお寺を建てたのが基になっているそうです。山門を通ってからの参道の雰囲気などは鎌倉らしい趣があります。

裏山に登ると鎌倉の海が見えます。
